Martins Place Residences & Aspen Heights -good for famil

Hi - we are looking for a child friendly complex close to Robertson Quay - would be great to hear any comments on Martins Place Residences as a place to live with small children? The pool looks great. I was hoping to live in Rivergate but all available units are facing a construction site at present

Another unit close to there is Aspen Heights but I can't find much feedback on it, are there many Western expats living there?

We are relocating from London in May with a 2 year old and are also interested in Aspen Heights. Any feedback would be really welcome!
