PLEASE ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHAT WILL BE TOTAL COST OF DELIVERY IN KK HOSPITAL [CHOOSING SINGLE BED ROOM] AND AT MT ALVININA . NEED TO DECIDE BEFORE I FIX 1 DOCTOR.THANK YOU

There is an excellent search function at the top of the page in the middle of the row of links. Had you bothered to go there and type in "delivery charges" the first link would have lead to you the following thread. Additionally, it is rude to type on forums in all caps. It basically means you are shouting at us, which we do not appreciate.
