Anyone been to the Baby Care Festival?

The annual Baby Care Festival is scheduled this weekend, 22-24 Feb., at the Singapore Expo.

Has anybody been to the event in previous years? How was it? Are there lots of hard-sell vendors or can you browse in peace?

Also, is it geared toward newborns or is there also stuff about toddlers?
