Issue 1: No payslip = you cannot apply for PR. Illegal, I must say.

Issue 2: You want to be assured to get Singapore PR before moving? Then you better don't move here at all. Indian applicants are screened thoroughly and strictly now. In other words, you don't have a chance.

OP is long gone trolling another country's expat forums I'm sure.

When I was in Hyderabad a few weeks ago, I saw billboards EVERYWHERE for some scam (I assume?) to get your Australian PR. Just call this number to sign up, and they'll help you get it... hehe.
