Dont waste your time and energy. There are many from your nationality who have excellent credentials and work for top notch MNCs and yet getting rejected for PR. If you cant even get pay slips, then the staff there at ICA are going to have a good laugh after you submit your application.

Well, if you submit without payslips also they will accept the application. Without any documents also they will accept it. All they care is a completely filled up application.

If you are not being given payroll vouchers, I'd be damned suspect of the employer, frankly speaking. Smells like kickback scheme to me.

I guess thats what more and more SMEs now are resorting to, in the face of tightening visa rules.

but guys i am being offered a position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with salary of S$4,500 per month but without pay slips. At the same time they are ready to give my salary in my account. So according to them if i want to apply for my Singapore PR, I can show my last 6 months Bank Statement instead of Pay Slips.
Do u guys really think it is possible bcz right now i m in India and don't know much about that???????

It really does not matter in your situation and you are going to apply anyway, right? Don't forget to include your Masters certificate.

Bank statement will not suffice for proof of income. They only show proof of deposit of a certain amount of money, not what it is for or where it is from. You are almost certainly being scammed and when you get here you will find that you will be required to kick back, in cash, at least 2K if not more to the employer. Mark my words.

dear x9200, i m not going to apply for SPR right now, My employer in singapore is going to apply for E pass as i am in India right now but if i can't apply for SPR without Pay Slips then no mean to come to Singapore on E pass. And i rather not come to SIngapore.
But if it is possible to apply SPR without pay slips then i can think to come to Singapore.

I'm not sure where you are getting your information from but you are clearly a lost ball in high weeds. You cannot get PR until you have been here on an EP for at least 2 years or three tax assessments. OR, you are applying under the family ties scheme. If you are not already married to a Singaporean, then the family ties scheme is out of the question. This only leave the PTS method "Professional, Technical Scheme. For that you will need to work as noted above on an EP at least 2 years.
I suggest you stay right where you are.
