There are a lot of Muslims (indian, Pakistani, Arabs, all kinds) in Canada.taxico wrote:btw, canadian 2 for 1 pizza is owned by a muslim. i can't remember if he's an arab or a "regional" malay, but he wasn't a singapore citizen (at the time when i was introduced to him).
nothing wrong with a muslim-owned business, just that... nothing canadian about his entire pizza operation.
i like the pizza at pepperoni in bt timah.
I absolutely LOVE Peperoni!taxico wrote:btw, canadian 2 for 1 pizza is owned by a muslim. i can't remember if he's an arab or a "regional" malay, but he wasn't a singapore citizen (at the time when i was introduced to him).

To each their own, but sorry to say we had their pizza at the Zion Road branch and we rated it C to C- / once was enough. Their pasta was not bad, but the ambiance was a bit too cardboard. The service was quite nice and personable, as if it were a family-run business. It's quite possible that the other locations are better, besides the ingredients, pizza depends a lot on the oven and cook.the lynx wrote:I absolutely LOVE Peperoni!taxico wrote:btw, canadian 2 for 1 pizza is owned by a muslim. i can't remember if he's an arab or a "regional" malay, but he wasn't a singapore citizen (at the time when i was introduced to him).
