i suggest online or at shops, whichever is cheaper.

Nope. Online shopping in Singapore is like the rest of the world in the late 90s.

Yes, but they pay international shipping rates and find that many things (especially electronics) cannot be shipped to Singapore. So no, they don't get the full Amazon experience.

Options

1. go to Naranjan or similar stores located on Race course road, some of these stores have pretty decent everyday deals.

2. go to Malaysia :D

But if you're lucky, it's still cheaper/more value-for-money than still getting it locally!

there are quite few online shops, have you tried Lazada? they have all kind of electronics!! :)

i think online is better. Sometimes online is cheaper than u buy in the store directly :D :cool:

Looks like something has changed for ordering electronics from amazon.com. For curiosity sake I checked the prices of Asus rt-n66u discussed in another thread and now I can see it can be directly delivered from Amazon for ~SGD190 (free shipping) compared to the SLS average of ~SGD270. Nice.
