Yes, but they pay international shipping rates and find that many things (especially electronics) cannot be shipped to Singapore. So no, they don't get the full Amazon experience.

But if you're lucky, it's still cheaper/more value-for-money than still getting it locally!

Looks like something has changed for ordering electronics from amazon.com. For curiosity sake I checked the prices of Asus rt-n66u discussed in another thread and now I can see it can be directly delivered from Amazon for ~SGD190 (free shipping) compared to the SLS average of ~SGD270. Nice.
