Suggest the good TATOO centre for having a permanent one

That depends on the style of tat you want. While there are a number of reasonably good ones, they all have their styles. Google Tattoo parlour Singapore and have a good browse at the various websites.

For the record, I do not have any tats, nor would I. however, my son sports a right side torso & full right arm tat and a full back is currently in process. I'll not give my opinions on tats though.......

When my daughter came across from the UK last July she insisted on having a tattoo. She used Galaxy which is in the list you mention. They seemed very good.
