Me too! I drink green tea every day.

Is it true that drinking tea right after our meal will 'flush' all the protein we took?

Why would you want to 'flush' out protein?? Your body needs protein!

Anzgal,

Like you i love green tea too. Do you prepare your green tea from commercially available sachets or do you prepare them from tea leaves?

green tea is not suitable for pple who has gastric problem... its not good for those pple and elderly. please take note of that.
chinese tea generally helps in keeping our body functioning well, but do not drink too much of it at night, becoz it has slight content of caffaine. If you wanna drink gd tea, try Pu'er Tea. It is 100% caffaine free... if wanna buy a great variety and reasonable pricing tea in singapore, i had a recommendation, try chinatown, pagoda street... a small shop with great tea and service... excellent! thats all, hope everyone out there good health!

buy RED-SUN's brand japan green tea, 50 sachets of 2grams each. made in japan. i drink 1 cup per day, about 1 hour after dinner (best advised), which means 1 whole box can last you for 50 days! worth it all...
