DOING BUSINESS IN SINGAPORE

HI:

I JUST RECEIVE MY SINGAPORE PERMANENT RESIDENT (PR). I WORKING FULL TIME AS SUPERVISOR AND WOULD LIKE TO OPEN A SOLE-PROPRIETY BUSINESS HERE WHILE WORKING(SUPERVISOR) CONCURRENTLY. CAN I? ILLEGAL? ANY ADVISE FOR ME?

If you have acquired PR, go for it. You are green to go. You can have an SP as well as working for your employer IF it's okay with your employer. Oh, and congratulations.

Dani, could you tell us a little more about yourself, e.g., nationality, age, gender married or single, academic qualifications and years of experience in your profession. Also how long have you been working in Singapore and on what type of Employment Pass.
