Install Runkeeper on your phone and add all your buddies. Theres some motivation for exercise.

It's rather surreal isn't it; a fascinating demonstration of human behaviour.

It's like they've dreamed up their 'Cunning Plan' to pitch their spam here, and they just cannot accept that they were busted from the get-go.

Have you tried listening to fast beats and tempo songs when you run? It works very well on me. Give it a try.
