Caribbean at keppel

Any thoughts on living in the 'Caribbean at Keppel' condo's ??

I'll be over to Singapore early next year, so i'm doing a bit of research on the net to try an pick a condo...So far its down to Pebble bay or Caribbean at Keppel....I'll be working in the city and have a 2 year old boy !

I will be moving to Caribbean, so went to visit it 2 days ago.

I have chose it out of 20 places I have seen.
If you have a car in Singpore, have a look at Adam Park - LOVELY brand new condo, but far from centre. If I had a car, I would choose Adam Park.

Thanks for the info..Haven't seen Adam Park but i'll check it out. Have you seen Pebble Bay ? I had a look at that one when i was over there last month.

We (my partner and I) will move in SG end of january2005. We 've been there in dec and visited almost 25 appartments, to finally choose Caribbean.(3 bedrooms fullyfurnished)
We also visited Pebbel Bay (and others).
Caribbean :
Pros = brand new complex (you may have a brand new appartment never rented). Quiet. full service. very good quality construction. you can negotiate with your landlord to choose your furnitures in case of you are looking for Fully furnished flat. it is near Harbour Front MRT (2munites form the main entrance of Caribbean. A shopping mall is there too. from Harbour Front to Raffles Place, you need 15minutes.
Cons :
It seems that they will build a bridge harbour Front to the small island which is just before Sentosa. Except Harbour Front Shopping center, nothing .
Pebbel Bay is very nice but older than Caribbean. If you do not have a car you need to take the condo shuttle but if you leave your office after 18:30, you have to take the taxi. Closest MRT (Kallang) is around 10 minutes by bus (158) which is in front of Peebel Bay.

After it is a personnal choice, when you consider the design of the building, the construction and materials.
