My (British) buddy is a bar manager who has been working in Japan for 10 years. Runs the bar including recruitment / stock taking / managing the books / organising events etc etc. But no degree level qualifications..
Him and his wife want to move out of japan for a few years so I've been trying to help him look for a job in SG, but I cant find any of these type of jobs that dont require a degree.
Anyone familiar with this area and know any good websites or got any advice or how he should proceed or whether he should give up on SG and look somewhere else.
