3+ years ago when I just came to Singapore and went to MOM to receive my card, there was a Malay guy in staff - smiling a lot and circling around me. He gave me his business card. The truth is they need to import spouses and start having hybrids. Encouraging this is easy. Give your foreign spouse instant citizenship upon a child's birth. For the men, just start importing females from neighboring countries. They already do as much with PRC and Vietnamese. A lot of the girls from Indonesia clean up nicely too, government can sponsor make-over sessions.

For the girls, it's a bit harder, especially for the homely ones. But even that isn't too hard to surmount, nothing a little case of yellow fever can't resolve! Singapore will just need to recruit nerdy white boys living back in the States. The way? Recruit from inside of video games.
