Hi all, I need some information on how to employ a ex singapore filipina maid here.Currently ,the helper is in PHP. I called the embassy and they told me that I need to go thru an agency. When I asked one of my part timers, she told me that I dont have to do that. As agencies here and in Philipines will charge lots of money.
She told me that I simply need to email the IPA to the maid and she can come. OR she can come by using Social Visit Pass, I will make the application. The maid will exit out to Malaysia and come back with the IPA.
Whats the shorter & best way, without going through an agency ?
Do I need to report to the Philipine embassy for any paper work if she comes in ? My friend is working in a Employment Agency and she said she could help me do the application without charging me anything .She has not brought in any Philipinos as she usually deals with Indons.
Please advise.
