Vitamin Water Zero & low-cal Gatorade

Post by BedokAmerican » Tue, 15 Jan 2013 11:16 pm

Does anyone know of a place on the island that sells Vitamin Water Zero and/or low-calorie Gatorade?

I've seen the regular Gatorade and Vitamin Water but not the low-cal stuff. Thanks!

Make your own.

Better - cheaper - different.

Gatorade powder mix, I believe, is available here. Just use more water.

Dilution! :P

Yes, stay away from those sort of sports drinks. They are a gimmick, it is not a healthy drink. Stick to water, or a natural juice mixed with water.

They can be useful if you are dehydrated (I mean that in a 'clinical' rather than casual sense).

But really it comes down to salt+sugar+water, so it is very easy to DIY your own (that said, you have to get the quantity of ingredients right!).

Vitamin Water and so on is just dressing it up, and you don't need to get vitamins from a drink if you have anything resembling a normal diet.

Gatorade. A 5c drink + colour + a drop of flavouring + a fancy label > sold for $1.50
