Is there anything interesting in there?
star visa is nearby. my wife likes some black jelly drink from a store there.

most of the restaurants there are disappointing, hopeless and understaffed. the food court if pricey. it's a jesus mall i think, co-owned by a church. i wouldn't go there on weekends or PH eve.

BUT there's a candy empire and cold storage too...
Cold Storage there is sadly understocked and lacking of variety. What kind of Cold Storage that doesn't sell olives and spices?!

And the Jesus mall bit, the fanboys and fangirls would drive in droves (because they can afford to) and hog the parking spaces within the 500m radius. It doesn't peeve me on Sunday mornings because I'd be out myself too but that church mall has more than 4 sessions in weekends!

Not quite getting this. Are you saying people come to this mall on weekends solely because it's owned by a church? Or there is a church in it?

And I remember buying a glass jar of olives in that cold storage! :) I was only there once though, and I recall not a large variety. They were on a small shelf at the end of an aisle in one of the corners of the store.

It is a church. With a mall at the bottom. Just like any condo with a mall at the bottom.

Or a mall with runways and immigration counters.

Or a mall with a seat in the United Nations.

BA-DUMP-BUMP!

Ha never realized it had a church there. I guess there are churches in stranger spots in SG though. I was made aware there is a church in Orchard Towers on one of the higher floors. But unlike Star Vista, I don't think the crowds are there for that...

Been wanting to correct but Star Vista is not even up yet (still under construction). That church mall is called The Star.
