Nothing! Just like one of those small malls tucked under condos and office complex.bottledrainbowsss wrote:Anyone stay around that area?

Unless you are a big fan of Celebrity Fitness and Ben & Jerry's.
Rochester Park, on the other hand, is more interesting.

Well, bottledrainbowsss, you now gotten your five absolutely useless posts in order to activate your PM function. Now, can you quit.

Best Starbucks in Singapore, if you're interested in such a thing.the lynx wrote: Rochester Park, on the other hand, is more interesting.

Then again, the same people are still trying to 'collect' me from one place and 'send' me to another. I must be junk mail.

Well you're right, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. My comment was partially tongue in cheek, implying that it's not really that much more special than anywhere else.the lynx wrote:To me, yes. Starbucks at (just outside) Rochester Park is a big two-story version that is either in, or made to look like an old Black and White. It's pretty neat. This whole building is the Starbucks, as opposed to some little kiosk in a mall:

Interesting cube, I must say.
Edit: Eh... the image got sliced off on the right. How do I resolve this? Hmm...

Re: Rochester Mall
star visa is nearby. my wife likes some black jelly drink from a store there.bottledrainbowsss wrote:Anyone stay around that area?

most of the restaurants there are disappointing, hopeless and understaffed. the food court if pricey. it's a jesus mall i think, co-owned by a church. i wouldn't go there on weekends or PH eve.
BUT there's a candy empire and cold storage too...

They have a Blackball, that's probably where your wife gets the drink:taxico wrote:star visa is nearby. my wife likes some black jelly drink from a store there.bottledrainbowsss wrote:Anyone stay around that area?

The Blackball Signature is really good if you like Taiwanese desserts.
They also have a Colombian restaurant I wanted to try. No idea if it's any good or not though.
