Yeah.

One thing missing from CVs/resumes is an honest assessment of attitude, and 'cultural fit'*.

That's what an internship shakes out of the tree.




* This is not where you are from, but rather how your attitude fits into the employer's corporate culture. Fake it how ever much you like on your resume, but an internship reveals all...

From my observations, not in the tech industry in an Asian context. Business? I have no idea.
