In fact, almost all notice board will have piano tuition teachers flogging their services. Not that they are all that good, because if they were, they would have more than enough recommendations without having to stoop to posting flyer on those boards. Your various international clubs will also have boards as to a lot of major Bus/MRT stops like the one at AMK. But the way I see it, you only get what you pay for. Caveat Emptor
