go to the JB taxi stand beside (behind?) sim lim tower. all the licensed JB taxis are there. $40/cab or $10/pax.

SG cabs that are registered to take passengers into JB can pick up from anywhere here but can only drop off at the central terminal there.
The same, but opposite, is true for JB taxis registered to bring passengers into SG. They can pick up from anywhere in JB but can only deliver to the central terminal near Golden Landmark Hotel.
Best is to grab a normal cab to the town centre here and take a JB taxi from there to Senai, as taxico has already said.

FAQs > Taxi Service
Is there a direct taxi service from Changi International Airport to Senai International Airport or any Johor Bahru hotel, without getting out of taxi when passsing throught immigration checkpoint i.e climbing upstairs and downstairs?
The Airport Taxi is able to arrange to pick up of passengers at Changi International Airport to Senai International Airport. Please contact En Othman bin Abd Rahman at +6012-7703599 for further details.

Yes. Go to Queen Street bus terminal (near Bugis MRT station) and there is a terminal for long-haul cabs to Johor. Not sure how much but you can have one to take you to Senai airport.

some time ago, some of the SMRT taxis were officially picking passengers from Singaproe and send them to JB - anywhere - I have done it a few years ago .. they had the required permits etc.
not sure if that changed ..

I believe that might not necessarily be a taxi, more like a private individual or company that takes 'private' bookings, such as many JB hotels use their own car to send guests to Changi?
