Yes I sent pdf scan last July 2012 as per website instructions. They said via email this is for PEP. They obviously did not realise I was in fact a PEP holder ! I faxed also which they ignored so letters keep going to my old address.

See PEP specific section -
http://www.mom.gov.sg/foreign-manpower/ ... resschange

MOM now direct you to EP online then say "only for agencies." It is confusing.

Not sure what kind of problem you had, but everything worked very straight forward for me. I've used that form and email address to change employers, notify salary, etc. Multiple email transactions, no problem.

Does your Singapore EP card have your employers name above or photo, or does it say something like "THIS PERSON IS A PERSONALIZED EMPLOYMENT PASS HOLDER" ??

Please pass me the actual email address to notify etc. not the URL link.
The PEP section on MOM does not give me this email but directs to EP Online.
I am sure they have changed the method of communicating change of address since before it was form, print, sign, scan, email etc which I always thought was cumbersome.
I seem to be going in a loop so help appreciated.

For regular ep holders ep online is the place to change address.
For pep holders too it should be the same, I don't see any reason why it wouldnt be through ep online.

All you need is a singpass.

It's not online WD40, it's on the form that the link points to, as is the salary declaration and job change notification. None work on EPOnline. Welcome to the world of the forms, I believe you have just entered it! ;)

I was about to chide the OP for not reading my link, but apparently none of us read it.

Even for PEP, the notification form covers everything EXCEPT change of address. PEPs are directed to EP Online to change their address:
Change of residential address

To update MOM Work Pass Division through EP Online.

The pass holder/company representative is required to log in to EP Online (SingPass is required). Click on Change Particulars > Residential Address of Pass Holder on the left function bar to update the residential address. Acknowledgment is immediate. If the pass holder is holding a Disembarkation/Embarkation card (Green Card), the acknowledgment page must be printed and kept with the Green card.

If the pass holder is an employer of a Foreign Domestic Worker, the pass holder's new residential address will be updated as the new place of work for the Foreign Domestic Worker.

Note: For more information on SingPass and to check if you are eligible to apply for one, please visit SingPass website.
From the page I linked:
http://www.mom.gov.sg/foreign-manpower/ ... resschange

That should answer the OP's question.

EP Online is here:
