Hi,
I couldn't find the relavant info quickly so I am writing to get some instant resonse.
As a PR, could we buy a HDB flat once you become 35 yrs old? Or do you still need a siblings to sign up together even after 35?
Thanks!

Single PR no longer allow to buy resale HDB regardless above 35 yrs old or with sibling.
Only 2 PR couple can buy resale HDB
