Hi all,
I have searched the forums for information but am unable to find any and I was hoping that someone on here can help me to put my mind at rest.
My partner has been offered a job in law in Singapore and we are considering whether to make the move from the UK. My only hesitation in making the move is whether I will be able to obtain a job. I currently work as an Account Manager at an advertising agency in the UK. I have around four years of experience.
Does anyone on this board have any experience of the advertising/marketing sector in Singapore? Is it possible for foreigners to get jobs in agencies at my level?
Thanks for your replies. I am very worried I will end up moving to Singapore but unable to get a job - I therefore really appreciate any advice you can give.
Kate

Hopefully Addadude will weigh in here as he's in the industry, an expat, and been here around donkey's years so he should have a pretty good handle on the situation.

Thanks sundaymorningstaple. I'll wait for Addadude to hopefully reply.
How is the economy generally in Singapore at the moment? Are things generally still pretty buoyant?
Thanks
Kate

Buoyant not in the way you want. Wait a couple of months and see. New Year - everybody is still sleeping.
