Worst comes worst I just go back to Bangalore and take my own time looking for a job. Btw today I got a call from Wipro for a software architect position in Bangalore offering 20 lacs inr. Not bad huh :)

Funny since I know a few people who live in Hyderabad and WFH/commute to Bangalore because they say the quality of life is better there!

Wipro... Let's just say of the major vendors I've visited/audited, I'd be hard pressed to decide between them and Satyam as the one I'd least like to work for. That's not even counting those horrendous 'WiPro' laptops that I think only Wipro employees use. They look like ThinkPads from the late 90s.

And for those trying to keep track, 20 lakh = 2000000 INR = ~$45k SGD. Pretty good I imagine in India.
