Seeking advice to buy a HDB!!!!!

I'm married however im still a foreigner. My husband is a SPR. We are planing to buy a HDB. Is it possible for me as a foreigner to name the flat together with my husband? ICA has rejected my LTVP, if i own the property in SIngapore then is there a higher chance for me to appeal for the pass?

U are not eligible to buy a HDB regardless is direct from HDB or resale HDB.
