just pay the amount and get along with life.. I know the whole procedure of paying the agent fee even for a renewal sucks but just be a man and take it on the chin.

Ok, phew, sounds like we're all good.
To be honest, I didn't really think about the use of the word "legal" but I can see how that might have been unclear. Sorry if I offended anyone - it definitely wasn't intended. I just meant that I'm glad OP has sorted it and won't get into trouble.
