Hello,

What you need to do is:

1) Set up an appointment with the people from iskandar Dvelopment Region

2) To talk as much as possible to the local business associations and trade associations in Malaysia, especially in Johor Bahru

3) Talk to a local Malaysian lawyer for advice on business law and trade law issues

4) Hire a Malaysian-based business consultant for advice on all regulatory and licensing issues. For this, do try to hire a local instead of a expat consultant

5) Speak to both ICA on export and import requirements. The best is you actually go down to speak to them

6) Book an appointment with EDB to see if this falls under the category of investments in Singapore
