Actually take care, I heard of a friend who was rejected his PR because he was overseas when they called him. it is best you stay put in Singapore till the application is approved. they think you are a bogus applicant and will leave singapore when you get the PR

I left Singapore dozens and dozens of times and never had any problem with my PR. Then again, I always returned to my HOME ADDRESS IN SINGAPORE.

If you think you're going to move to another country and wait on your PR before getting a home address in Singapore, then you take a big risk because if you don't have a home address, you are just a PR collector and not serious about living in Singapore.

Some stupid people don't know how to write on a forum either. Take a good hard look in the mirror to see what I'm talking about.

Falul, ignore those big mean moderators above. OffShoreOilDude can help you. He is a nice guy. The FIN he is talking about is the number on your employment pass or work permit. Just post a reply with it and we can help you look up the status and give you more info.

Hi Moderator!

Please respond with minimum courtesy, respect people.
People are here to clarify queries!!, try not to hurt them!
If you are looking for something like life time event, be it educational result, Job or residing status, and you may need info to clarify your doubt, then if you approach any forum, the expert over there wake you upside down and you feel it how painful it is!!/.....so please be sincere to answer queries else ..

Problem is, some users can't understand what internet ethic is. If they don't even try to respect other users, then why bother?

Let's see now. You have been a member of this board for what, 10 months? You have, up till today, only made two posts, a considerable period of time in between each. What have YOU contributed to this board? I work a full time job, as do the other moderators on this board. We do not get paid but are volunteers who do this to help people help themselves. We don't do this to blow smoke.

I was going to say more, but decided you just aren't worth it.

Hi Moderator,

Common ..please. We, as a new member, appriciate your effor to convey meaningful /usefull answers to this community, no doubt on this. At the same time you cant claim that the way you insult the people is right because you are the volunteer!!

Yes, i am here just for the past 10 months, but i feel proud that i did not hurt enybody!.. Do you think you can able to answer 100% accurate? Do you think you know the exact scheme which ICA follows to grand the PR? If Yes i surrender to you & listen to you blindly!!

Understand man, we are here to share our data/experience & exchange our results, so that people may have rough idea to understand the basic & necessory skill sets, timings to apply PR. Okay?

So, my point here is ..lets share our experinece politly & benifit each other..not to hurt people.
Make pleasent environment, hope you understand!! :)

Guys, enough. OP already has his question answered thrice (to ad nauseum) in this thread so let's just let it rest.
