Right, I assumed all of the euphemisms about contraptions just meant it was a satellite dish hidden away.

Then again, Sim Lim Tower is the place, where I got my first Pace Kit, while I was still back home, and it is also the place to buy all kinds of Sat Kit. As long as used outside Singapore ..

A walk around there will give you enough Ideas

For KU Band, the Dish size is pretty small .. vs C unless you are outside or on the edge of the foot print ..

How much does land cost in the hills on the northern coast of Batam? I do have a very clear line of site to the hills there. Maybe I can set something up nice :)

and then get one of these, to transmit the data back .. :D

Non-RF, so no blocking and no license .. though it can degrade during heavy rain ..
