i regularly use this guy:
William 9150-1952
he did some work for me less than a month ago. he helped me install a shower heater unit for my tenant's second toilet (i bought it from mustafa as he told me he was too busy to buy one on my behalf).
he had to install a new tap (which i didn't buy) and re-work the water and electrical supply for the heater to work properly.
he then re-wired/relocated a power switchbox (?) for me. this involved laying new cables and trunking - probably more but i wasn't there the whole time.
i think the bill's about $100 for more than 4 hours' non-stop fast paced work, according to my tenant. his quotes are free and almost always reasonable but he can get quite busy some time. be sure to call him regularly if it's urgent.

Why? Does it matter? Both can work legally.

upon request, he gives me a receipt that tallies with the company on his name card. he can send them via email too, which is sometimes useful.

Hi wise forum members,
I have a number of questions regarding my new EP application (and associated passes for family) which I'm hoping to get some...

The EP will take precedence. Not to worry on that count. If LTVP already approved, EP will automatically cancel the LTVP. Not to worry on that count...
