Hi can anybody give some inputs about the experienced of my friend on her previous work. she got terminated because she signed the false documents. Her colleague request her to signed the documents as part of the requirement for cc application. Their boss discovered what happened and immediately terminate them, they were given 2 option signed the termination or he will call authority. They did signed and didn't received any salary and they immediately went back to their country..
Question:
A) what criminal offense they violated?
B) as per mom terminated due to misconduct, they are still require to receive their pay, but employer didn't gave anything... Can they still claim something?
C) what penalty they will receive?
D) can employer still sue them even they went back totheircountry?
E) employer kept on calling my friend harrassing to tell the whereabouts of her colleague but she don't have any contacts anymore with her. What is the best thing she need to do???
