Good food for the money?

Post by Jianada » Thu, 16 Dec 2004 8:37 pm

Hey,

I'm looking for any restaurants that people feel are good value for the money. I'm tired of paying top dollar for poor quality food. Well, poor quality may be a bit harsh, but it is definitely not worth the money.

An example is Tony Roma. Good food, yes, but not worth the $30 price tag for a plate of ribs. Especially when it is not a big plate.

Opinions vary, of course, which is why I am interested in what you all think.

SO, who's got the best value for the buck?

if you are looking for good food for value..and not hawker centres or food courts, i find da pablo quite good --> with the added bonus of good ambience. try the one at club street.

Thanks Monstergal, I will check it out.

I agree about Hawker centers. Besides, I am looking for restaurants, not fast food.
