Well, for the building maintenance, they always send a notification to ORQ or Suntec.
Both ORQ and suntec nice office locations, CS has a branch in ORQ and ORL with lovely views.

However I prefer CBP anyday reason being I stay at Tampines and my office is 10 mins motorcycle ride with no $$$ sucking ERP in between and no need to get stuffed in sardine can.

I thought it was revhappy last week, but was waiting for the nail in the coffin lid. That was it. His PR application and request for additional info PLUS his motorcycle love affair. I've locked his account because he can no longer be trusted to not cause our database to be corrupted with threads with no meaning due to deleted postings. I back filled as much as I could but, sorry, readers, but I am not allowing him to do it again.

...and his Tampines home and vocation in IT finance.

If his ambition is to be a spy, he'd a very bad (and dead) spy. :-|

Just curious, Mad Scientist has deleted several of his initial posts, yet you havent banned him?

I dont see anywhere in your terms and conditions that its illegal to delete your own posts. I mean, why even have the edit button, if you dont want people to delete their posts. A better way would be to go by the condosingapore forum, in which you are allowed to edit your post until 1 min and after that you cannot.

Thats just some feedback for you :)

Mad Scientist was directed to do so by the authorities after he made a trip to Singapore and was given free room & board for a while "to help with investigations". Big difference. Additionally you would have to know something about his background and connections here in Singapore.

This is not a paid membership board, but one does have to register. In the beginning we also has guest posters. Unfortunately, their posting abilities were only suitable on SGforum and Stomp and the Angry Board. Therefore we stopped allowing unhindered access in favour of have the ability to prevent posters who turned out to be trolls, snake oil salesmen and/or were otherwise detrimental to the wealth of data on this site. If people just willy-nilly delete their messages, it defeats the purpose of this boards primary function as a resource for foreigner who have just arrived or who are contemplating coming here. On the flip side, often we need to and or correct a fact previously posted so we try to treat out members as "Foreign Talent" which by definition puts them a level above the average person. When then show us otherwise, we lock them out. Our way works. So much so that Journos, and MOM for sure and ICA probably regularly read this site. In fact, this site URL is hyperlinked 3 times on the MOM website as a good place for various fonts of knowledge.

Wd40, we operate by our own rules here. If a member doesn't like it, they are free to go. Nobody is a prisoner here. It's worked here just fine for the past 8 years and has also helped vault us to the number one position for expat forums in Singapore.
