Post by pimmy_22 » Sat, 24 Nov 2012 3:50 pm

I'm from Thailand but lived in Melbourne for 5 years and now moving to Singapore .I was wondering if I can study something in Singapore and what ,where should I study so when I go back to Australia and I can get a job there. Are there anything like TAFE Australia ?

try www.moe.edu.sg and go from there.

i don't think they have animal-related, horticulture/agriculture courses here though.

Not necessarily. She can consider ITE actually, if she is looking for the same structure as TAFE (well that depends on what discipline though).

But I have no comment on whether ITE certificates are acceptable in Australia though. That one, you will need to check it out.

i listed moe's website coz ITE and all the accredited universities/schools are listed there, along with arts and music colleges... perhaps more than i think is available.

("post-secondary education" link from the main page)

Ah my bad, didn't realise that there was a post-secondary education section on the left column.
