Hey guys,

This: http://www.postfoods.com/cereals/post_g ... ?id=pecans

Then, I'll get some yogurt...perhaps those fruit-flavored ones if around, add some sliced bananas. Mangoes, peaches or strawberries would be great as well; maybe some almonds or walnuts too.

My wife gets a lot of Post cereals for me at Changi Point Mall...$4.95/box at one of the dollar store type shops in the basement. I'm an ang moh, and I live on cereal...hope that helps fuel your addiction. ;-)

Yeah, I know, it is the best price we've found on the island...I always have a dozen boxes on stand-by just in case there is a zombie apocalypse between grocery runs. ;-)
