This game was released by Google's Niantic labs last week but in closed beta. I've been hearing a lot of good things about it now. Has anyone managed to score an invite or is this another US-only thing again?

Basically, it's a video game that uses the real world and overlays elements on your maps (re: augmented reality). It's a video game but it gets you out in the real world. You know, where the graphics are much, much, better.
