There are probably a dozen or so condos in this area only. You don't need any recommendation. Just go there and see if there is anything you like. Other than this there are a few isolated condos along Boon Lay Way so not much choice neither.

There are dozens of condos along Boon Lay Way, Corporation Road, etc. You can just take a cab ride from Jurong Point shopping centre to Jurong East, along Boon Lay Way, and you will spot many of them on both sides of the road. It goes from average to very good ones. Expect to pay 3000$ for a 2 bedroom appartment (without car park space). You will not find any 3 bedroom appartment for 3000 $, no way.

Hi, there are a few condos where you might get 3 bedrooms for $3K. Maybe try Westmere, Caspian, Lakeshore. There are a few others. Like someone else said, $3K is tight- are you open to HDB accommodation?

I doubt you will get a 3 bedder for 3 k unless it is really run down old building without facilities.

Hdbs are now in 3k ballpark for 3 bedder.

Again.,..thanks for the reply, this is helpful. I guess my next question is where would we consider living in consideration of the fact that near the CIS school for our kids is the best alternative. Also, what is the cost assiciated with a commuter vehicle>?
