kanth_cost76, I hope that you will as you are somewhat different inasmuch as you are senior level in your outfit so you may well have an edge. Please update us. It's the only way we know when things are starting to turn around or get even worse.

Hi Friends,

I am happy to share with you all that, after a long waiting period of almost 9 months, myself and my family members got PR status :-)

I received approval letter just couple of hours ago and wanted to share with you all.

I wish good luck to all who have been waiting for the same...

Regards

Congrats! and thanks for updating us. Based on your input and few others, it looks like 9 months is the current processing time for Indians. For others with more favorable profile its seems to be 6 months.

I have my PEP IPA but havent taken it up yet. Its valid until mid Jun. I am waiting for my PR result. I am expecting to get the result by end mar, based on the assumption that 9 months is the processing time. If PR is rejected, I take up the PEP else I take up the PR.

Hi

I was also in same situation in Jan.

I had PEP IPA which was about to expire by end of last Jan.

So, I took PEP in 3rd week of Jan.

Fortunately I got PR today :-)
