Closing the year 2023.
Been a good 10 years since my last post.
Happy to update that my wife is now a Singapore Citizen. Progressing through the years together, upgrading ourselves.
Happy family with a humble HdB unit and a 4 year old princess.
Cheers everyone and wishing everyone best of health and may 2024 bring you love and joy.
Well its not a big deal, as its quite easy for your wife to get sgc as she is prc and a spouse of sg citizen. It is just a matter of time. Anyway congratsnicholastants wrote: ↑Sun, 31 Dec 2023 9:37 pmHi All,

If it's not such a big deal, then why have you been rejected. Your bedside manner sucks.hopeislife wrote: ↑Mon, 01 Jan 2024 1:15 pmWell its not a big deal, as its quite easy for your wife to get sgc as she is prc and a spouse of sg citizen. It is just a matter of time. Anyway congrats
Im not sure if my words look wrong for you to say as a bad manner, but if it looks bad i apologize and would like to correct myself. My intention was just to say spouse of a citizen is most likely to get a pr and sgc later in time after some years of marriage. Not saying all spouse of sgc get approved for pr, but only very few get rejected for pr over extended period like 20yrs or more(based on reading the posts here and from some personal experience).sundaymorningstaple wrote: ↑Mon, 01 Jan 2024 2:50 pmIf it's not such a big deal, then why have you been rejected. Most of us who stumbled upon here would have started on similar concerns.
Looking back on my past posts would bring back so much memories of my initial struggles.
Seeing SMS/MS posting a reply here was like getting tips for exam questions back then. Now that years have passed by, sincerely grateful for such a forum being available back then.
This is to express my gratitude to the team efforts and may everyone be blessed with good health and happiness.
Cheersto a great 2024.
