I can't find the link, but, while you have a PR application under review, change of employer sort of voids the application .. did you know that part ?jimmy3000 wrote:dear all,
my PR application is still pending, and i'm changing company on 1st nov and changing my passport next week.
according to ica website, i should submit new work pass together with annex A. but how to submit this? through mail or meet ica officer but i can't find this menu on e-appoinment. and what about my new passport, i believe it should be same procedure. anyone can help me on this?
No, not quite. You don't need the sponsor's Annex A anymore if you cannot get one. All you need to do is submit current pay vouchers, CPF statements to prove employment still exists. Too many employers were holding employees hostage with employer sponsorship thing so now, while desirable, it's not necessary as the applicant can do an end run around the employer now.ecureilx wrote:I can't find the link, but, while you have a PR application under review, change of employer sort of voids the application .. did you know that part ?jimmy3000 wrote:dear all,

Well, your PR is based on your employer endorsing your employment right ?
Many years ago I did have a job offer from a company whose boss insisted that I must apply PR if selected .. and the HR dropped the ball saying that supporting the PR application came with a 5 year bond I didn't take up the offer though .. and figured out that Annex A is not compulsory ..sundaymorningstaple wrote: No, not quite. But it is necessary to inform the ICA about changes to ANY particulars on the PR application.
