Am I Ready for PR Application

Me, Malaysian Chinese living and working in Singapore since 2001. Yes, after 11 years, still a EP holder. Started with P2 and currently P1.

Family (wife, a Malaysian Chinese) joined me in Y2002, children studying in Govn't primary school now.

My attempt 4 years ago on the PR application was rejected.

Intend to try again soon....what do you guys think my chances are on my 2nd attempt. Looking forward hearing more....

What has changed in those four years? Are any of the children male? Did you go P2->P1 during that time, or were you already P1 before?

I was in P2 and had significant increment in salary 3 years ago pushing to P1.

BTW, my qualification is only O level.

I have a boy of 11 yrs and a girl of yrs.
The previous application was rejected was because of my incomplete O level certificate.

Possibly will not be needed if you are now P1 status.

P1 does not require academics to be granted. If, say, you didn't have a pass right now, you'd get that P1 based on how much your company is paying you. MOM figures, if someone's willing to pay you that much, your experience probably overrides your "lack" of academic credentials.
