Hi I live in the East and wondered if there are some nice friendly people who would like to meet up for a run regularly, occasionally - whichever suits. I love running but sometimes struggle to get out there so I thought we could motivate each other. Enjoy your day!

i'm not looking for elite runner type but casual running to maintain health and know more people.
