I'd suggest contacting Marina Bay Sands.

1 - The hours are LONG
2 - The pay is NO MUCH

Otherwise, contact them. This is an expat board, by the way, and I can't think of any expat seeking a bellman's job.

Whether seeking or not, I can't see MOM giving a pass for a foreigner to be a bellman.

Tips might be ok. As for MOM they have already issued thousands of WP for the 'rasinos" so I can't see why they'd not issue one for a bellman. They haven't exactly been pushing the 'rasinos' to hire Singaporeans only - just walk through one - it's like little Manilla or Macau.
Now I'm called PNGMK

i've got patients (not from developing nations) that paid agents good money to secure them work in singapore as service staff in big(ish) hotels, including MBS, RWS and smaller int'l hotels.

they work as bell men, bar men, wait staff, room service staff, etc, despite being well educated. they come here as sort of an OE so they endure it. well, some of them, anyway.

the pay is horrible. <$1,250 (excluding OT/etc) and not many of them have any form of accommodation provided or much medical/dental benefits.

i've not met any one of them that've stayed beyond the initial contractual period of 1 year. most of them leave mid-way.

some how hotels are able to secure the work permits required for these staff...
