COE

Just a question on COE, I have my car stored overseas which I am thinking of shipping to Singapore now, I had tried to sell but not having much much luck. My question is, is it possible to buy a COE for 4-5 years or even 2 years? I just want to cut the costs and do not plan to be in Singapore any longer than 4 years. Any advice?

If you're only here short term, just buy a cheap car here and sell it when you leave.
