I'm living my first pregnancy and currently on my 5th month... I'm starting becoming a little bit lazy but I really want to keep fit for the delivery... to have a faster recovery hopefully!
So I'm looking for walking mates, I suppose that walking like 1 h per day can just give me some benefit... any of you would like to do the same?
I'm quite ok to move around, like the botanic garden (free entrance) of any other parks around... even go to Sentosa beach would be a great idea!
