So, if it were an existing illegal relationship, by rights, when either of them became in a position which could benefit the other, then a "potential" conflict of interest disclosure statement should have been publicly lodged, I guess. :)

The Shitty Times today reports he claims it was all part of an affair. No coercion nor favours granted.
