I thought we established the relationship existed before the conflict of interest was in place, and that she was a conniving jealous b!tch who was just as involved in it as he was?

So, if it were an existing illegal relationship, by rights, when either of them became in a position which could benefit the other, then a "potential" conflict of interest disclosure statement should have been publicly lodged, I guess.
