Should 2 of us make 2 separate PR applications or 1

Post by nnmmkk » Wed, 17 Oct 2012 3:50 pm

Dear All,

My wife and I are both working in Singapore for several years. We are holding EP at the moment and both of us are qualified to apply under the skilled workers category.

We wonder whether it is better to make 1 application for 2 of us under my name (as the main applicant) (because my salary is much higher than her - but my working period in Singapore is much shorter than her) or should we just make 2 separate PR applications and indicate particulars of the spouse in the application.

Any insightful opinion is much appreciated.

You forget an important but ugly factor: race?

I doubt they're Filipinos.

They'd be asking in PinoySG instead.

I doubt they are PRC as they can actually string together more than 5 words reasonably coherently.

I am sorry but this is as vague as it gets. :)
