Epicanthoplasty resulted me having scars near the tear duct area, might be a result of stupid scratching/peeling. Needless to say, alarplasty resulted me in having scars on the

I am unhappy with my nose especially, I wanted to have a more caucasian-like nose. But as Dr. Pat noted that a nose that is too high/sharp will result in skin rupture
QUESTION 1 Nose too high or too sharp "caucasian implant" will result in skin rupture in asian nose?
QUESTION 2 If I undergo Cheek Implant surgery, 20,30 or even 40 years later or even on my deathbed when I am old and my skin is thinner and wrinkly. Will it be obvious I have had cheek implants?
QUESTION 3 Which doctor should I go to considering that I do not want scars and I want to more like a caucasian if I am considering the following surgeries.
1. Rhinoplasty

3. Chin Implants
